This charming, traditional, rustic style Mallorcan house is ideally situated on the outskirts of the town of Pollensa, affording lovely mountain views but within walking distance to the shops and centre of the town.
There is a nice outside terrace and patio garden from which to enjoy the mountain views towards the valley of Ternelles.
On the ground floor there are two lounge areas, one with satellite Tv and Dvd, and another separate seating area. The owners have kept many original features including stone flooring in most of the ground floor. The kitchen has vitroceramic hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer and the washing machine is located outside.
