Small living at its best! Less than a mile to Western Carolina University. A great place to stay if visiting the university or the Smokey Mountains. Very comfortable space to spend a night or a month.
The space
Very quiet & private tiny house with shower in the bathroom. Kitchen/living area with television (with Hulu, Netflix, Spotify and Amazon Prime), Wifi* and lovely balcony overlooking the trees. Full Size bed in the loft. It is accessible by both an outside staircase and an inside spiral staircase. The sofa is a full sized sleeper sofa downstairs.
The WiFi was upgraded so it is now stronger, and more reliable.
