We do not limit the number of properties landlords can add to our platform. However, if you are a business with over 100 properties, contact us to discuss partnership opportunities.
We offer a bulk upload option for our smaller-scale partners and individual landlords who manage multiple properties. If you want to list over 10 properties simultaneously, please contact our customer service at [email protected]
Your listing will be active on our platform for 30 days. After that time, it will automatically expire, but you can always renew it in your properties tab.
With the custom offer feature, tenants can submit their own proposals for the amount of security deposit and monthly rent. For example, they might offer a higher security deposit in return for agreeing to accept a pet. Landlords can compare all custom offers and select the one that stands out to them the most.
