This listing is for a studio1bd bed PETS Allowed unit at the Vistas. We are an apartment community located in central Sierra Vista, minutes from the base and all shopping. We have a great location and complex was built in 2010 as an extended stay. This is now a converted apartment complex. Our most common complaints are signs of previous pets, smells (food/marijuana) in the hallway and unit from neighbors, noise and lack of electrical outlets in master bedroom. These complaints are rare and we do address them. We are strictly non smoking but people do break the rules. These batch of 1bd units have not been renovated and are our 1bd "classic" units.
