These units have two rooms one downstairs, one upstairs, neither are enclosed. There are two queen beds and murphy pull out as well as the couch pulls out to a bed. This unit can sleep 5-7 max but we only allow a max of 6 guests. These units are generally booked by groups and have had a lot of turnover.
