There is a sink, mini fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and basic dishes and cutlery; a dining area, one full bathroom; and a washer and dryer. This is the downstairs unit of a duplex, the front door of this unit is directly in front of the sand of Capitola Beach.
