We are located right on isla verde beach. the best beach in the san juan area where you can rent jet skis, parasailing, banana boats etc .
Absolutely no smoking. a fee of $200 will be charged to remove odor. this is a private rental with a reserved parking space in a hotel setting
This studio is rented for four persons only .
A $200 fee for damages done by service dogs .
Check-in is at 3 or 4 pm due to cleaning regulations for rooms. when the room is ready i will text you. usually it is earlier than 3pm
