We are located in the coastal village of West Tremont, on the western side of Mount Desert Island. You can get to the parts of the park within 10 minutes and to Bar Harbor in about 30 minutes.
The Aldernest Cottage is adjoining our home overlooking Blue Hill Bay. The rocky shore front of Maine is just a short walk across the lawn.
