Our holiday idyll lies on a sunny plateau above Sautens in the Ötztal amidst meadows and forests. The distance to the center is about 3 km, to Ötz about 6 km.

We offer free use of our own natural swimming pond (about 800 m²), barbecue area, children's playground and extensive lawns. Internet Wi-Fi in all five apartments and houses for free. In the main house there is a sauna, which can be used by all guests.
