Our house Gratz is located in a sunny location on the road to the gondola lift Söll (about 300m). The village center is about 700m. The surrounding areas of the region are easily and conveniently reached by the Kaiserjet, whose next stop is about 50 meters away. In winter our house is the perfect location for a skiing holiday! Behind the house is the practice meadow with a plate lift as a feeder for the gondola lift ... In the evening the departure also ends directly at the house!
