The farm is accessed along an asphalted side road from the village centre, which is also part of a panoramic circuit. It is cleared of snow several times a day in winter.

Our farm is an organically-run area of forest and greenery, with sheep and horse rearing, at an altitude of 1000 metres, with a fabulous view towards the Bregenzerwald forest, the Allgäu with Alpsee and the Nagelfluhkette nature reserve. In summer Sulzberg offers a range of leisure activities such as hiking on well-signposted trails, cycling or relaxing at places such as the Wildrosenmoor or the Eibelsee waterfalls.
