In a quiet location in Cowes West, near Red Rocks Beach and Anderson St Boat Ramp, the property backs directly onto to the Cowes foreshore reserve, with an 8 minute walk via bush tracks leading you to the beautiful calm waters of Red Rocks Beach
A traditional beach house, this is a deceptively large house with four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The kitchen and both bathrooms have just been fully renovated. The kitchen has a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave and large fridge freezer. The island bench is a popular place to gather.
The living area has ample comfy seating, a large flat screen TV, gas heating and a split system for heating/cooling.
