Our listed weekly rate is for 2 people. Additional people are $175/week per person (children under 14 are discounted half, please contact us for the age discount). This allows us to offer our house at reasonable rates to both couples and larger groups. Property is not suitable for ages 6 and under.
Minimum rental age 25. Owner approval required prior to adding more guests after initial booking agreement.
