Detached south facing chalet built of solid wood in combination with rustic dry-stone walls. Large and uniquely elevated grounds in a private car-free wine village at the lake "Walensee". Located only 150 meters from the (gravel-) beach and from the harbour. Nice panoramic view on to the lake and the "Flumserberge" mountains. Good connection to public transport throughout the year.
On the inside, there is a cosy living room with an open fire, a dining table, an integrated kitchen, and a small bar. To the south, there are two large panoramic sliding windows one of which opens up to the spacious terrace which is clogged with flagstones.
