The well-maintained holiday home is on a sunny south-facing slope at the top of the well-kept chalet area "Sonnmatt" in Mogelsberg, near the well-known " Baumwipfelpfad Neckertal" ( Tree peak path ). The location is quiet and offers a magnificent view of the picturesque hilly landscape of the Neckertal. The large terrace as well as the balcony invite you to enjoy nature and just let your mind wander. The chalet settlement consists of permanently inhabited as well as weekend and holiday homes.
