About This Condo
We are so very lucky compared to so many others on the island from Ian destruction in9/2023.The resort has just reopening to owners and owner’s guests on April 30th. At this time, however, property amenities are somewhat limited. There is currently no working elevator, and it will be required that renters sign a waiver acknowledging this at check-in prior to being issued a key. The swimming pool and hot tub on site are also not yet operational. The beach is very private and literally a few foot steps from your condo unit.
