About This Condo
- Bookings must be made a minimum of 7 days in advance prior to your check-in date unless approved by manager .
- After booking, tenant must formally sign rental agreement and return to property manager at minimum 7 days prior to check-in ( Otherwise no parking permits will be issued by aruba 'S OFFICE).
- Only 2 parking spaces permitted to park and no commercial vehicles with advertising or signage allowed. motorcyles are permitted .
- Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the property during the entire reserved dates. No exceptions!!
- No smoking
- No pets allowed.
- No motorcycles or trailers allowed.
- No check-ins on Sunday in June
