Just steps from the beach, this spacious condo is great for large groups who want to enjoy the best beach in Texas! With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms you can comfortably accommodate 8 guests, and even enjoy a full kitchen, dining, and living room. The condo is located at the Royale Beach & Tennis Club and is just a short walk to popular restaurants and night life.
Renters should know that this is a timeshare unit, therefore the images provided will not be an exact depiction of the unit. However, we are frequent visitors and can confidently say that each unit has a similar layout with similar furnishings.
Resort policies :
- A security deposit of $200 is due at check in.
- $25 Security Bands are required for all guests ages 12 to 29 (spring break policy)
- Limited parking is available at the resort. Only one vehicle per reservation is permitted.
