Reverse living ocean block home provides views from master bedroom deck as well as the deck off the kitchen. Covered deck off the d" Central Air plus 1-Wall Mounted Ductless A/C Unit in upper living room area.
No smoking and no pets permitted. Families only! NO tents or sleeping overnight on decks!
Strict 10am check-out and 3pm check-in, so that we may properly clean and sanitize the turnover
Four (4) Beach Badges are provided, but not guaranteed."
Confirmation of booking: Please note, all guests must agree/complete a Rental Agreement within 48hrs of reservation being made. Final confirmation of the booking is made upon completing the rental agreement and final owner approval. Unless otherwise stated rentals are one week minimum and typically Saturday to Saturday . no pets, no proms. no weddings
