Die Wohnung ist sehr hell infolge ihrer Ausrichtung nach Süden und nach Westen. Auch ist sie sehr ruhig, da sie in der Fußgängerzone liegt. 50 m entfernt befindet sich ein öffentlicher Parkplatz. Im Hof, der im Sommer genutzt werden kann, können Fahrräder abgestellt werden. Ein großer Keller steht zur Verfügung.
