Diernæs Strand is a very family-friendly area with a child-friendly beach and calm waters in the Little Belt.
Not far away is the third largest lake in South Jutland, Slivsø of 164 hectares. Today the lake is home to about 180 species of birds, including kingfisher and white-tailed eagle. The fish population has developed nicely, and the lake is now home to many pike, perch and trout.
