About This Apartment
Perfect for couples or small families looking for a quiet spot close to town.
Sleeps 4/5 (double bed, and convertible couch in the living room. I also have a single mattress in the office room)
It's high first floor located in a leafy square, 10 min on foot from Madrid Rio. City centre is 15-20 min by metro/bus, or 40 min on foot. Both metro and bus are frequent and available at a 5-10 min walk from my place.
All mod cons, good broadband, and a great balcony. All shops and amenities are close by.
*Please note that I request proof of ID (you'll get mine too), and people under 18 are not allowed without parents or supervising adults.
