Beautiful house next to the beach in Cala Romántica. The house is located in a gated community, wich has large outdoor spaces and shared swimming pool.The house has its private terrace and garden. On the private terrace you can enjoy the outdoor dining and sitting areas and barbeque. Once inside the house: downstairs there is a kitchen / lounge, one double bedroom and one bathroom. There is also a cortesy toilet. Upstairs, there is 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom. There is also an open area that has been unabled as a third double bedroom. Please note that this third bedroom has privacy from the other bedroom upstairs but it doesn't have a bedroom door. All 3 bedrooms have ceiling fans to ensure confort. The access to the beach is directly outside the gate to the complex.
