On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double sofa bed in the hall, with ventilation and lighting through the common patio; a brand new bathroom with a separate WC area; and a spacious living-dining room with an open kitchen.
The main bedroom, about 30 m2, is accessed from the living room, going down some stairs, it has a double bed and space for two single folding beds.
