En mi hogar vivimos dos personas y también una gata muy tranquila.
El apartamento está ubicado a 3 calles de la playa. Y a otras 4 calles del centro comercial de Poble Nou (la Rambla).
Edificio y apartamento muy tranquilo y esperamos el mismo respeto de nuestros huéspedes.
Uso moderado de la cocina así como del resto de los espacios comunes.
Uso responsable de la energía e imprescindible reciclar las basuras, así como caminar sin zapatos de la calle dentro del apartamento.
Se puede fumar en la cocina en algunos momentos y en el balcón de la habitación.
