Nice and cosy villa in a beautiful and quiet rural area, very well located, within a short drive to the Eroski supermarket, the town and Port of Pollença, and a wide selection of beaches.
The exterior of the house has a pretty and well-kept garden and a private space to park the rental cars. The fairly large swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers for sunbathing and relaxing. There are two covered terraces with table and chairs, and both have a traditional style barbecue area, ideal for summer lunches and dinners with friends and family.
