Sainte Alvère is a pretty village located in the center of the Sarlat, Périgueux, Bergerac triangle, 30 to 40 km from these essential tourist towns.
The village offers all shops, medical group, pharmacy, tobacco bar, restaurant, post office, ATM, ....Monday market.
The property is 100m from the village and is fully fenced, to accommodate our animal friends. The house is surrounded by a large shaded park of 1/2 hectare and decorated with a beautiful heated swimming pool (10mX5m) with teak beach. Deckchairs, parasols, ......There is only one rental cottage.
