This unique passive solar home was built by retired Air Force Lt. Colonel A.J. Smith and his wife Choyia in the early 90’s. They loved the area and wanted to share its beauty with their friends and visitors. We want to do the same. This 7000 sq.ft. home sits on the banks of the Kings River. It is great for canoeing, kayaking and fishing. The home has a very large kitchen and the dining area can seat 25 for meals. There are 5 bedrooms in the home, three have king beds and private baths.
