- No atvs including 4 wheelers and dirt bikes, firearms, or fireworks are allowed on the property for any reason unless approved by the owner .
- The Barn has a set of narrow stairs leading up to the loft bedroom. This may not be ideal for guests with mobility issues.
- There is a twin size rollaway bed available for the Barn at no charge if requested at booking.
- The Glamper sleeps 6 comfortably or up to 7 if the couch is converted.
