About This House
Located on 66 acres of rolling farmland and wooded countryside, this restored log cabin - built circa1855 -is rustic but not the least bit primitive. A massive stone fireplace makes relaxing in the winter cozy. Enjoy your morning coffee along with a beautiful view of Ohio farmland from the screened-in porch. Jump into the outdoor shower or hot tub after a day of hiking or shopping in nearby Yellow Springs. Centrally located, the Cabin is just 20 minutes from Dayton and 50 minutes from Columbus.
This 19th century log cabin - original to the property - was dismantled and restored in 1989. Various updates over the years keep the Cabin fresh without compromising its rustic qualities.
