The second floor is dedicated to sleeping arrangements: a secluded master bedroom has a private balcony and a bathroom with a jetted tub and separate tile shower, a second bedroom houses a queen bed, while the bunk room has a full-over-full plus a trundle arrangement. The main level consists of a spacious family room, half-bath, and a high-end kitchen. Kiva's private beach is an easy walk or a free shuttle ride through this unique gated community.
