Very open concept living area with pool table -ping pong, checker/chess table, record player, library of cookbooks to enjoy. Away from hustle and bustle of Downtown but convenient to downtown Austin, San Antonio Riverwalk, COTA,Fredericksburg, Hill Country and all that it has to offer.

South Austin home, large open living area with 2 bedrooms both with king size beds and HD TV's. Large sectional couch, 71” flat screen HD tv. Large private backyard with patio and grill to cook your best meal and hot tub for 2-3.(professionally serviced weekly) 3rd bedroom is not included. Kitchen open to living area.
