1. Air conditioners are now in every room. 2. Dehumiderfier in basement. This takes care of any musty smell. 3. Deep well. Plenty of water. 4. Additional Pavement added to driveway.
The temperature at night during the summer is around 63 degrees. WE have had to turn on the heat to take out the chill. WE have window units but usually only need them in the middle of the day and not every day. (WE had a guest complain about not having central air. We have never needed it.)
