About This House
Rents are due at the beginning of the month, and renter must pay $200 a month deposit toward half of the utility.
Your Moving fee is$2000.00half of which($1000) is security and is refunded less any balance out of damages.
The other half of moving fee ($1000) is toward move-out cleaning fee and not refundable.
