We are 2 miles from the Trolley Station and trolley stops at all the major destinations including Grossmont College and San Diego State University.

There is one indoor cat so if you are allergic to cats this place is not for you.
You will actually only be the occupant in the room but I reserve the right to go through it
to open a sliding door leading into a sunroom, where my cat sleeps. Nobody enters the
studio after 9pm or before 7.30am.
It is an easy walk to Trolley Station but Uber is available for $5.
