A 2 floor cottage with 1 bedroom, 1 1/2bathrooms , living room , full kitchen with attached dining area .
My wife and I live in a separate residence on the property.
Other buildings on the property include an 1872
barn , 2 horse stables and a small kennel, although the dogs live in our house and the cats live in the big barn .
There are multiple horse pastures.
Someone is on the premises most of the time .
