About This House
Hi everyone, I am looking for someone to take over my lease at The Standard starting in June or July, but if you are not beginning classes until August 2020 that is fine as well (I will pay rent for June and July for free). I signed a private bedroom/bath in a three-bedroom furnished apartment, but (unfortunately) decided after signing my lease that I would prefer to move in with my co-intern who already has a place. In-unit washer/dryer, central air/heat, gym, pool, etc. Perfect for any student or young professional.

Available on June 1, but I am willing to pay for June and July if your move-in wouldn’t be until August.
