It has spectacular sunrises and moon-rises over the pier with full view of the Ocean, all from the screened-in porch off the Main living room floor. The screened in porch is really the focal point for any beach front home....No Bugs! It has composite decking so also very nice on the feet and good for babies to crawl on as well. The hammock on the screened in porch is a must of course. Nothing like a nap to sounds of the ocean!
