Spacious first floor living room with gas fireplace and dining room; 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath; half bath off the main bedroom. Bedroom/full bath and large room with pool table on the second floor. Clean, new appliances—dishwasher, microwave, fridge, stove. Wifi internet and 2 smart TVs for streaming content. Private backyard with deck, outdoor shower, and gas grill. Laundry in basement.
Saturday to Saturday 7-night minimum rental for May through September. Monthly stays for October through April.
No smoking on the premises, inside or outside. No pets.
