House is quiet and private, but an easy walk to playgrounds, town, beach, fishing, shopping, bowling, bike paths. OB Arts district is nearby, as is a deli/ wine store, and great Indian restaurant.
Head out the door to bike paths and hiking trails, or paddle to great fishing across the pond.
