It has a private, fenced in pool and hot tub area , with an 8' fence around the yard; a BBQ area, sunroom, game room area, and an Air Hockey Room.The bathtub has a jacuzzi . Cable TV and highspeed internet are installed in all bedrooms and in the comfortable family room. Add a 2 car garage, and a beautiful walk in shower in the master bath. This house is perfect for all your needs.
Pool is unheated during season (march thru sept) but is plenty warm.
We offer pool heating off season (oct thru feb)for a charge.rates change according to the temp of the water.
