An 1893 cottage built in the center of a double lot on water’s edge near the head of Linekin Bay, enjoyed and maintained by the family for five generations. While retaining the charm of a Victorian era open-stud construction, it has entered the 21st century with modern conveniences. This house was featured in “The Hand of the Small Town Builder, Vernacular Summer Architecture in New England, 1870-1935.”
