North Indian Beach is aPRIVATEbeach community, so you will have the benefit of location and privacy. 3 bed, 2 bath. Huge yard, and sunroom off the main living area. House is located on the beach block, about100 -150yards from the sand.
All new paint, new furnishings, new bedding, new mattresses, and new landscaping.
NOTE - Garage renovation underway in April/May2024.We will be transforming this into another living area with a Queen Murphy Bed, Queen Sleeper Sofa, and half bath.
