Renovated in the spring of 2012. This two-story 3 bedroom, 1&1/2 bath home is located on Medomak Pond, a private lake. Access to 5 acres of waterfront with a privately owned beach with a swimming float (water shoes suggested). A kayaks and peddle boat are available.
Grab your coffee and binoculars and sit on the deck or stroll to the beach. Watch the sunrise over Medomak Pond. See resident Bald Eagles, Loons, and numerous other water and song birds with Bluebirds nesting in the backyard a few feet from the deck.
