Our home is perfectly located ½-way between Hammondsport (awarded “America’s Coolest small town”) and Branchport NY. This lake has amazing vistas and tons of restaurants right on the lake – both accessible by car or boat!
Our home was just built in 2014, directly on the water in a protected cove. The property is flat with only three stairs – from the driveway to waters’ edge.
