About This House
This sunny, two story beach house has a beautiful view of Spring Lake from the front porch and dining/kitchen area. It has many windows lending itself to the smell of fresh air off the lake.
There is no beach access or docking privileges associated with the property. The Spring Lake public beach is only a block away. A 10minute drive will take you to the Grand Haven/ Lake Michigan beach.
Air conditioned!!
*Arrival time is Sunday at 4:00 and departure the following Sunday by 10:00 am ( with no late departures)
No smoking or vaping ( on the property)
Sorry, no pets allowed
No excessive noise after 10:00
For seasonal ( September to June) tenants other cost are incurred, such as utilities, internet, etc..
