About This House
We are located within Arrowhead Lake Community where guest registration is mandatory. Please note the following fees apply to every rental and will provide you with guest bands to access all the community amenities:
Temporary membership fees are mandatory and assessed to all rentals (by the community) for occupants ages 6 and over at $6 per night. Day guests are charged $6 per day.
Vehicle gate card fee: $20 per vehicle.
Administration fee $35 for each rental registration.
