8 mins drive to Burke Mountain; direct access to kingdom trails and VAST snowmobiles on the property. Hiking and snow shoeing right from the doorstep. Secure storage for bikes, snow mobiles and other outdoor equipment.
Only 5 mins drive to the village of East Burke, and opposite DND stables for guided horseback trail riding.
Passumpsic river runs through the property, access through walking trails (steep). Small sledding hill on the property.
Can also be rented with 1bedroom guest house with loft with four twin beds, please enquire.
