Our home offers our guests and in particular families a maritime oasis for relaxing vacation under the motto "Your home of joy and comfort".
This single family home is located in a quiet but central residential area in the SW of Cape Coral. The villa has undergone wide renovation since we purchased it in 2017. As we are a family with 2 little kids we strive for a family-friendly home with regards to fixtures & furnitures, safety features, but also fun equipment like beach or pool equipment or board games.
