One bathroom - bath/shower, heated floor and plenty of storage.
French doors lead to an amazing yard - covered deck and play structure in the yard.
Note: There is a detached studio ADU on the back part of the lot, guests may walk on a path to that area but spaces are separate and there is plenty of privacy to be had.
